Guilder Mission: Diverting the Power

In a world of buzzing electical items, flickering lights and beeping speakers - in the 41st Millenia; who'd have thought anyone would have a power shortage? Brodie is in need of some extra power routed to one of his industrial complexes - and he is in need of some electricians to hot-wire the system so that he can begin processing all that Ore!

An old forgotten generator in deep below the complex will be turned on soon. His techies and some of his personal troops are making sure of that. However - Stormcrow insists that there is a break in the power line in several places.

It is your job (should you choose to accept it) to "hook-up" the broken lines. The only problem is that this power line runs through an abandoned settlement that has sunken almost entirely into the sump. Rumour has it - that this Settlement was lost to Zombie Plague many centuries ago. Be on your gaurd!

There is of course - a monetary reward...

Setup
Place the terrain nicely around the battlefield - place the "broken powerline" markers on the board. Each player takes it in turn to setup their gang - placing then in a 8" deep x 12" wide deployment zone.

Players roll-off to see who goes first.

Playing
The game is a simple one where the gangs need only hook up the broken power lines. Doing so only requires that a gang member remains in contact with a "broken powerline" marker for one full turn.

Zombies are likely to swarm into the area once they are alerted to the presence of food! Go quietly. Treacherous Conditions will be used for this game.

The game ends when all "broken powerline" markers have been fixed or when there are no gangs left.

Rewards
Gangs can earn Experience in the following ways during the game:

D6 Experience is rewarded to a ganger for surviving the battle.
5 Experience is rewarded to a ganger for fixing a broken powerline.
5 Experience is rewarded to a ganger for causing a wounding hit.
10 Experience is rewarded to the Leader that is responsible for fixing the most broken powerlines.

A reward of 30 tax free credits (applied _after_ upkeep table) is added to the Gang's stash for each powerline that is fixed.

Guilder Mission: Ore-Rush

Guild Master "JJ" Brodie of the Starlight Cartel - local business man and powerful Guilder Boss has requires metal ores, and lots of it. Sadly he currently lacks the man power to do the work himself.

Storm-Crow, a notable Ratskin scout of these parts has been rumoured to be tracking down a lost Mine Workings for the resource. Once this has been found all Brodie needs is a reliable Industrial House to control the Mines for him and ship the Ore to his men - in return for income of course.

When the location of a suitable mine has been found - he is challenging local gang to take and hold the mine in the name of their house.

The next game will be a straight Gang Fight. Scene of the Battle will be at the location of the Mine Workings.

The winning gang gets a bonus Territory (Mine Workings) to add to their collection. Any player may "win" the Gang Fight (even the Spyra) - however only the last inlaw House Gang to remain will receive ownership of the Mine Workings.

Role-Playing
There is a role-playing opporunity available to those that want to earn some kind of bonus in the battle - gang leaders wishing to take advantage of this situation must report with Brodie prior to the ore-rush.

Rescue Mission: Jesse Ventura

A Rescue Mission must be played between Perry and Leon - as the Lightning Riders must attempt to rescue Jesse "the heavy" Ventura from The Night Crawler.

There is a period of two weeks for this rescue attempt before he will be assumed lost forever. Arrange a game asap please gents!

Beware the Beast in Black!

The unknown warrior known only to the local hive sector as The Night Crawler has taken his greatest prize yet. The death of The Padre has put an end (for the time being at least) to the Redemption in these parts - John's Justification is no more...

The Night Crawler has been taking victims for little over a month - seemingly preying on gangs of the Hive for preying's sake alone. More Conservative nobles and industrial leaders are saddened by the loss of their annonymous fighters in these desperate times.

Meanwhile an as yet nameless gang from the House Escher have obviously earned themselves a reputation after putting down several members of a Tech-Priest scavanger party. Although they fled the scene of the battle it is worth noting the numerous kills caused in their favour.
